Return and Exchange Policy
1) We will refund your money if you are not fully satisfied with the item that you purchased at any of our retail network within 7 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be in the original condition accompanied with the original invoice.
2) One time exchange is allowed on any item on an invoice within 7 days from the date of purchase if you are not fully satisfied with the item that you purchased at any of our retail network. The exchanged item must be in the original condition accompanied with the original invoice.
3) No return, refund or exchange after 7 days from the date of purchase.
4) After 7 days, with or without original invoice, we may buy back with the price with our discretion.
5) Items marked as Final Sales are neither refundable nor exchangeable.
We will replace any item that is found to be a factory defect with the same or a similar item within 1 month from the date of purchase. Our replacement policy does not cover the following:

For automobile tires:
1) Damages obtained during mounting not at our retail network (example – cuts from blade or tire changer machine)
2) Damages obtained from improper method of mounting not at our retail network (example – not using tire changer machine)
3) Improper inflation (example – inflating the tire more or less than recommended pressure)
4) Improper alignment
5) Damages obtained from road hazards and sharp objects (example – pot holes, nail, broken glass or stone punctures)

For batteries:
1) Connecting wrong polarity
2) Improper usage (example – submerging battery under water, short circuit)
3) Problem with the alternator (example – alternator over charging or fail to recharge)
4) Using incorrect battery type other than recommended by vehicle manufacturer
5) Damages caused by vehicle (example – wiring fault)

စည်းမျဥ်းစည်းကမ်းများ

1. WFP Tire Registration စာရွက်သည် WFP Warranty ခံစားခွင့်ရရှိရန်အတွက် အာမခံစာရွက်ဖြစ်သည့်အတွက် ကားပေါ်ရှိလုံခြုံသောတစ်နေရာတွင် သိမ်းဆည်းထားပါ။  
2. WFP ဝယ်ယူပြီးပါက ငွေပြန်အမ်းခြင်း လုံးဝခွင့်မပြုပါ။​ 
3. ယာဥ်မောင်းနေစဉ်အတွင်း လမ်းကြောင့် တာယာအား မတော်တဆ ထိခိုက်ဒါဏ်ရ ပျက်ဆီးခြင်းများ၊ ဆူးညှောင့်ခလုပ် သံထိုးခြင်း ခဲထိုးခြင်းများအားလုံးအတွက် WFP warranty ခံစားခွင့်ရရှိနိုင်မည် ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ 
4. Claim တာယာအား ပြုပြင်၍ ဆက်လက်သုံးစွဲရန် သင့်တော်မှုရှိမရှိ luckyman အရောင်းဆိုင်များမှ ကျွမ်းကျင်သော Technical Advisor များ၏ ဆုံးဖြတ်ချက်သည်သာ အတည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ တာယာပန်းစားမှု ညီညာခြင်းမရှိပါက ပန်းစားမှုအများဆုံးနေရာရှိ တိုင်းထွာမှုကိုအတည်ယူပါမည်။ 
5. ပြန်လည်ပြုပြင်အသုံးပြုနိုင်သော တာယာများအား luckyman ဆိုင်များတွင် TECH USA Repair Kit များဖြင့် ၅ ကြိမ်အထိ အခမဲ့ဖာထေးပြုပြင်ပေးမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ အခြားပြင်ပဆိုင်များတွင် ဖာထေးထားခြင်းများအတွက် ပြန်လည်လျော်ပေးမည် မဟုတ်ပါ။ 
6. ပြုပြင်ဆက်လက်သုံးစွဲရန် မသင့်တော်သော တာယာများအတွက် လက်ကျန်ပန်းပမာဏ အချိုးကျတန်ဖိုးအတိုင်း store credit အနေဖြင့် ခံစားခွင့်ရရှိပါမည်။ 
7. WFP Warranty ဝယ်ယူထားသည့်တာယာတိုင်းတွင် luckyman WFP sticker ပါရှိပါသည်။ ထို sticker ပျက်ဆီးပျောက်ဆုံးပါက warranty ပျက်ပြယ်နိုင်ပါသည်။ 
8. WFP ၏ warranty ခံစားခွင့်ကို တာယာဝယ်ယူသည့်ပိုင်ရှင်မှလွဲ၍ အခြားသူတစ်ယောက်ကို လွှဲပြောင်းခွင့်မရှိပါ။  
9. ကား၏ alignment နှင့် အောက်ပိုင်းချွတ်ယွင်းမှုကြောင့် ပန်းစားမညီညာမှုများအတွက် အကျုံးမဝင်ပါ။ 
10. တာယာပန်းသား Tread Wear Indicator (TWI) အမှတ်သို့ရောက်ရှိပါက တာယာသက်တမ်း ၁၀၀% ကုန်ဆုံးပြီဖြစ်သည့်အတွက် WFP ခံစားခွင့်များကုန်ဆုံးပါသည်။ 
11. Warranty ခံစားခွင့်ရယူရန် ရည်ရွယ်ချက်ဖြင့် တာယာအားဖျက်စီးထားခြင်းကို လေ့လာတွေ့ရှိရပါက WFP warranty ခံစားခွင့်များအားလုံး ချက်ချင်းပျက်ပြယ်သည့်အပြင် အချက်အလက်ခိုင်လုံပါက နောက်နောင် WFP ဝယ်ယူခွင့်ကို ပိတ်ပင်ခြင်းခံရမည်ဖြစ်သည်။  
12. တာယာပန်းသား ကုန်ဆုံးခြင်းနေ့နှင့် WFP Warranty Expired Date နှစ်မျိုးအနက် ရှေးဦးစွာကျရောက်သည့်နေ့တွင် WFP ခံစားခွင့်များကုန်ဆုံးပါသည်။
